The hotel offers a convenient stay close to the laundry, although it is far from the hotel lobby. The service was fantastic and at a reasonable rate. The location was sufficient once checked in and had nice amenities like a swimming pool. The dining experience had good value, and facilities were average.

The hotel room was a great size for a family of 5 but was filthy with someone else's hair tie on the ground, popcorn, and chip crumbs all over the floors. However, the rate was great despite their key system being down.

Although the hotel room was a little pricier than expected for a typical family suite style place and showed some signs of wear and tear, the service was excellent, especially for taking care of my family during our stay. The location, while not as charming as anticipated and with some litter issues, is still a favorite spot for certain events. The dining experience was good and offered good value for the money spent.

My stay at the hotel was quite a mixed experience. On one hand, the room I got was a great deal as I was upgraded to a huge room in the main building on the 2nd floor due to their key system issue, which was a nice surprise. However, the location was not as charming as I had hoped, and the noise from alarms and construction was quite bothersome during my stay.
